About Your Order

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day but due to high volume there can be delays.
All orders placed during business days before 12:00pm will be shipped out that day. All orders after 12:00pm will be sent out the next business day.
Larger orders or special requests may require additional time to prepare and ship

 

International Shipping & Customs

International orders can take anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on destination。 Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. however, our duty to inform you that any Customs or import taxes are your own responsibility and, unfortunately, dealsgood  has no control over them. If Customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized and unfortunately in this case we cannot offer you a refund. dealsgood is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

 

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part, (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive the package, etc.) we may attempt to reach you once the package has been returned. Undeliverable or refused packages that are returned to us still sealed with the original shipping tape, with the contents intact and in resalable condition will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of dealsgood, we will replace or refund the order at our discretion.

 

Out Of Stock Items

We cannot guarantee availability of our product, on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation, items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product. If a response is not received within 48 hours the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped. dealsgood will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations, or be held accountable if the customer does not receive notification. We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time; certain items on our site may not be available in-store and vice versa. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, both in-store and online, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features and offerings, of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.

 

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept products for return within 30 days of purchase that are unworn, in new condition and in their original sealed packaging.
